Don was scared.
At 74, he was no stranger to doctor visits, bloodwork or a medicine cabinet that looked more like a pharmacy. When we started working together to calibrate his nutrition and supplement routine – a consulting service I call the “Healthspan Blueprint” – Don was taking no fewer than 15 prescription/over-the-counter medications and supplements.
